Message to clients

In our work together, you'll have a supportive, interactive therapist, an educator, and a goal-focused, direct, and empathic coach helping you navigate the most challenging aspects of life and how to rebuild. My clients leave treatment with a better understanding of their past, skills to deal with present-moment stress, and self-awareness that will shift your quality of life. My practice is grounded in evidence-based modalities, including:

* Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to teach about the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors helping clients learn skills for healthier ways to solve problems

* Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples seeking to learn about attachment styles, rebuild trust, deepen emotional bonds, and improve communication

* Structural Family Therapy (SFT) to examine and shift long-standing family dynamics and improve boundaries

* Trauma-informed therapy, drawing from multiple approaches to gently and effectively support healing

* Coaching for structured goal setting and clients who want to take focused, actionable steps toward personal or relational growth

* Holistic wellness practices, including mindfulness, meditation, and somatic tools to promote self-awareness and balance

I view the client as an expert of their own background and how they identify. Everyone has their own unique experiences and it's embraced with openness in our work. We'll explore how the past and present has impacted you and what kind of support is needed. This shapes treatment goals and provides empowerment to accomplish them. I look forward to helping you to step into your greatness!
