Message to clients

Exploring your personal well-being is courageous and deliberate work. Like all work, it is worthy of a safe space. As a therapist, I strive to honor, respect, and cultivate that safety in our time together. I specialize in anxiety, insomnia, depression, grief, trauma, and relationship conflict. I have years of experience working with entrepreneurs, researchers, educators, & first responders.

I provide both individual and couples psychotherapy to adults of all ages by integrating cognitive-behavioral, relational, and mindfulness techniques that can best address your concerns and promote healthy coping.

People from all identities & backgrounds are welcome. I also have advanced training with concerns relevant to BIPOC and LGBTQ+ experiences. Congratulations on taking this step. I look forward to the opportunity of working with, and getting to know you.
