Eliza Sutton is an associate-licensed clinical mental health therapist based in Rhode Island. She specializes in working with individuals and couples to address issues such as anxiety, depression, stress management, life transitions, and improving communication and connection in relationships. Using a therapeutic approach called Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eliza works with clients to explore uncomfortable thoughts and emotions, develops tools and strategies to cope with them, and supports clients in cultivating a meaningful life that aligns with their values.
