Professional statement

There are times when something just feels off—when it’s hard to feel like your full self in your relationships or day-to-day life. In our work together, I offer a grounded, supportive space where you can slow down, feel truly heard, and begin to reconnect with yourself. You don’t need to have all the answers. My role is to bring clarity, curiosity, and gentle challenge as we explore what it means to feel more at home in your body and mind, and build relationships that are healthier, more equitable, and affirming of who you are.

I'd offer a safe and confidential space where you feel truly heard and understood. My role would be to guide you in self-exploration, helping you uncover the roots of your feelings and behaviors. I'd equip you with practical strategies to manage stress and challenging emotions and empower you to build resilience.

Message to clients

I have experience in doing counseling with teens, folks experiencing intimate partner violence, and folks who identify as LGBTQIA. I'm licensed in New York state and hold additional certification in Internal Family Systems Therapy & Emotionally Focused Therapy.

I work with clients who may be struggling internally or with their relationships. When navigating the profound complexities of deeply impactful relationship issues, finding a compassionate and informed guide is crucial. I offer specialized support for individuals grappling with anxiety & depression, unhealthy relationship dynamics, or cycles of conflict.

My practice integrates modalities such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to help you live by your values, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for deeper connections, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to foster inner harmony. I also utilize Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) for greater awareness, and Person-Centered and Strength-Based approaches to empower your inherent capabilities
