Therapy for military, first responders, couples, and high-achieving professionals
You’ve learned to hold it together, to lead under pressure, and to keep going no matter what. But lately, the armor isn’t working the way it used to. Whether you're a military professional, a high-achiever facing burnout, or part of a couple struggling to reconnect...you’re ready for change. I help individuals and couples move from emotional reactivity, anger, and disconnection into grounded clarity, trust, and lasting connection.
Trauma-informed, relationship-focused, and intensive-ready
My approach integrates EMDR, Gottman Method, and trauma-informed care to go beyond symptom management. I specialize in helping clients who feel stuck in stress cycles, emotional shutdown, or relationship breakdowns. Whether through weekly sessions or private-pay intensives (3-hour EMDR or 1-2 day Gottman-based retreats), my work is built for those who want effective, focused support with long-term impact.
Experienced and credentialed
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with advanced training in EMDR (EMDRIA certified) and Gottman Levels 1 & 2. With over a decade of experience supporting individuals and couples through trauma recovery and relationship healing, I bring both clinical skill and strategic insight to every session. My work is designed to meet clients where they are, whether that’s in deep trauma work, communication repair, or rediscovering emotional safety.
Flexible, private-pay model across five states
I offer virtual therapy for adults in TN, FL, NC, SC, and MD. Sessions are held online for convenience, privacy, and flexibility. I accept insurance for hourly sessions. I can provide superbills upon request for possible reimbursement. Intensives are scheduled by request and designed for those wanting to accelerate their progress in a short timeframe.
