Professional statement

Welcome Accepting New Referrals I'm Hannah passionate about creating a safe and supportive space where individuals, teens, and couples can heal, grow, and reconnect with themselves and their loved ones. My heart lies in helping people navigate the challenges of complex trauma, and I feel deeply honored to walk alongside clients as they reclaim their lives. In our work together, I will guide you in rediscovering your path, exploring your options, and developing practical tools for lasting change. I have had the privilege of helping clients work through trauma, stress, anxiety, and many other challenges.

Message to clients

In my work with couples and individuals, I integrate the Gottman Method and Relational Life Therapy to support healthier communication, deeper connection, and meaningful relational change. I also incorporate Restoration Therapy, which focuses on attachment, mindfulness, and emotion regulation to promote deeper healing and lasting growth. My approach is grounded in helping you better understand yourself and your relationships while developing practical tools you can use outside of sessions.

I believe that a strong and comfortable therapeutic relationship is essential to effective treatment. Every individual and couple comes to therapy with unique experiences and goals, and I tailor treatment to meet your specific needs. My hope is that you feel supported, understood, and empowered as we work together toward greater emotional clarity, resilience, and connection.
