Heather has led wellness workshops and therapy groups for New York City government and healthcare agencies, including Bellevue Hospital, as an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Counselor. Heather also holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs from Washington University in St. Louis and had a prior career in the financial technology sector.
