Jane's approach is grounded in the belief that lasting change doesn't happen through insight alone. Understanding yourself intellectually is a meaningful starting point — but real transformation requires something more. It requires the body.To go beneath the story and into the felt experience underneath it.
This is where somatic work comes in. Rather than talking about your experience, we learn to be with it — noticing what arises in the body, slowing down long enough to hear what it's communicating, and gently working with the nervous system rather than against it. The body holds what the mind has worked hard to manage, and it also holds the path forward.
The Enneagram serves as a precise and compassionate map for this journey. More than a personality typing system, it illuminates the deeper motivations, fears, and habitual strategies that shape how we move through the world — often without our awareness. When we understand our type not just as a label but as a living pattern, we begin to see where we've been stuck and why, and what it might look like to move more freely.
Internal Family Systems (IFS) adds another layer of depth. Rather than pathologizing the parts of us that feel difficult or contradictory, IFS invites genuine curiosity toward them. Every part of you developed for a reason. This work creates space to understand those reasons — and to relate to yourself with more compassion and less conflict.
With EFT certification, Jane brings a relational lens to all of this. How we attach, how we reach for connection, and how we respond when that connection feels threatened shapes us deeply — not just in our relationships with others, but in our relationship with ourselves.
Together, these approaches create a way of working that is layered, embodied, and deeply human.
