Professional statement

Nearly five years into my clinical work, I continue to grow in my passion for supporting people in meaningful and empowering ways. My work focuses on helping individuals navigate cultural and systemic oppression, explore racial and gender identity, and process LGBTQ+ related experiences.

I often support clients experiencing anxiety including socio-economic and general anxiety, as well as depression, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges. I also work with couples and individuals who want to build healthier relationships through improved communication, boundaries, and connection.

My approach recognizes the powerful impact that societal systems and structures can have on mental health. Together, we explore ways to navigate these spaces, strengthen support systems, and help you advocate for yourself with greater confidence and autonomy.

Message to clients

I bring authenticity, curiosity, and compassion into my work, understanding that each person’s story is unique. Therapy is tailored to your experiences, goals, and values so that our work together supports your growth and empowerment.
