Message to clients

Thanks for taking the time to read this and for considering working with me. I have had the privilege of working with so many incredible clients over many years!

One of my greatest hopes for my clients has always been that they first and foremost develop a healthy, loving relationship with themselves. When we make progress with our own self-care and engage in positive self-talk, we can more easily manage other relationships, school, work, social media and other challenges that come our way.

Clients have told me that after sessions they feel heard, validated, better about themselves. I try to offer some practical solutions to daily challenges. I hope to help my clients find the inner strength to move forward and make positive change in their lives. I am engaged in session and will provide feedback in a non-judgmental, caring manner. I believe that we all matter, are enough exactly as we are, and that our lives have value.

It takes courage to reach out and ask for help. You deserve to feel better!!
