Message to clients

“Welcome, I’m Kathy. Starting therapy can feel intimidating—I know because I’ve been on the other side of the couch. Doing my own therapy was life-changing, and it inspires me every day to help others find that same sense of healing, clarity, and hope. I believe therapy is not just about working through struggles—it’s also about discovering your strengths, building resilience, and learning new ways to relate to yourself and others.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in compassion. I work with individuals and couples to navigate anxiety, depression, self-esteem struggles, relationship challenges, and the lasting impact of childhood experiences. In our work together, we’ll explore the patterns that may be holding you back, gently unpack old wounds, and create healthier ways of moving forward with more balance, confidence, and connection.

I also understand how much the stress of daily life—whether at home, in relationships, or at work—can affect your overall wellbeing. With a background in corporate leadership and mentoring, I bring a unique perspective to supporting clients who feel stretched thin by professional pressures or transitions, alongside personal challenges.

Above all, I strive to offer you a place where you feel heard and respected. My hope is that you leave our sessions not only feeling supported but also empowered with new insights and tools that make a difference in your everyday life."
