I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with experience supporting children, adolescents, and adults across a variety of settings, including foster care and outpatient mental health. I work with clients navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, stress, behavioral challenges, trauma, and life transitions, as well as concerns related to self-esteem, relationships, and family conflict.
I take a nonjudgmental, compassionate approach to therapy, creating a space where you feel safe to be yourself and explore what’s going on. Whether you’re facing school-related challenges, parenting concerns, relationship stress, or difficult emotions, I’m here to offer support, guidance, and practical coping skills to help you move forward.
My work is especially focused on helping clients build emotional awareness, improve communication, and develop tools for managing stress, anger, and impulsivity. I have experience supporting children and teens with behavioral issues, oppositional behaviors, and peer or family dynamics, as well as adults navigating grief, trauma, identity, and major life changes.
I use an integrative, evidence-based approach tailored to each individual, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), solution-focused therapy, motivational interviewing, and trauma-informed care.
Above all, I believe therapy should feel collaborative and empowering. My goal is to help you feel heard, supported, and equipped with the tools you need to create meaningful, lasting change.
