Lindsay is passionate about providing a safe, supportive, and person-centered environment during your journey through therapy. Her intention is to highlight your unique strengths and goals tohelp foster changes that make sense for your life. She believes in your ability to overcome and thrive despite life’s challenges, but it’s important to know that you don’t have to do it alone.
In sessions, she uses a variety of modalities to ensure that treatment is specific to you and your needs. These include mindfulness techniques, cognitive and dialectical behavioral therapy, solution focused therapy, and trauma focused techniques such as narrative therapy.
