Professional statement

I understand that reaching out for counseling can feel overwhelming, and that finding a therapist who feels like the right fit is an important and often vulnerable step. Counseling is about you. My role is to provide a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where we can work together to help you create the life you want to live. My clients include children, families, and adults navigating learning differences, the grief of losing a parent or sibling, family transitions like divorce, and the weight of being the one holding everything together. Whatever you are facing, reaching out for help is a brave and healthy step.

I earned my Master's in Counselor Education from Western Connecticut State University and have worked extensively as a school counselor since 2009. My approach is trauma-informed and holistic, focused on the whole person rather than just symptoms. I bring both compassion and clinical insight to every session.

Message to clients

Therapy is most effective when you feel ready for change, whatever that might look like for you. I aim to create space where you can be fully yourself, speak openly about your struggles, and know that you will be met with empathy, understanding, and respect. When you are ready to take that next step, I am here.
