Beginning therapy can feel like a big step, but it’s also an important investment in your personal growth and emotional well-being. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), CASAC-T, and EMDR-trained therapist, I strive to create a collaborative, compassionate, and goal-oriented environment where clients feel supported and empowered to make meaningful change.
My clinical experience spans both the Vincent P. Dole Treatment Program—where I supported individuals navigating opioid use disorder—and work in group private practices providing therapy to adults and young adults facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for the courage it takes to begin therapy and the importance of tailoring each session to meet the unique needs of the individual.
I integrate several evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Narrative Therapy. By drawing from these approaches, I help clients develop practical coping tools, build emotional awareness, and work toward sustainable, realistic goals.
My style is warm, direct, and collaborative—I view therapy as a shared process of exploration and growth. Together, we will identify patterns, uncover strengths, and cultivate resilience to navigate life’s challenges more effectively. Whether you are seeking relief from emotional distress, looking to process past experiences, or hoping to build healthier relationships with yourself and others, I am here to support you in that journey.
Therapy is not about perfection but about progress. My goal is to help you find balance, meaning, and a greater sense of fulfillment in your life.
