I’m a clinical therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional and life challenges. My background spans multiple settings, including inpatient psychiatric care, substance use treatment, employee assistance programs, community mental health, and private practice, which allows me to bring a well-rounded and adaptable perspective to my work.
I specialize in working with anxiety, depression, mood disorders, grief and loss, and substance use. My approach is strengths-based and client-centered, with a focus on meeting you where you are. I integrate evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to help you better understand your thoughts, manage emotions, and build practical skills for everyday life.
