Professional statement

I am Progressive therapist offering psychological and spiritual guidance in these deeply fearful times. I specialize in facilitating healing through mindfulness and present moment awareness, helping clients learn to manage and discipline their minds. I work with depression, anxiety, divorce, relationship issues, life transitions, low self-esteem, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, and Borderline Personality Disorder. My current focus is on holding light in these dark times.

I specialize in Borderline Personality Disorder/CPTSD, from which I’ve spent much of my own life attempting to manage and heal. I understand the inside experience of Borderline/CPTSD and bring accountability in a unique and successful way. I also specialize in depression, anxiety, divorce, and low self-esteem. I find great joy in uplifting others.

Our sessions together will include somatic work, meditation, creative works, and life skills. I’m not super structured as my clients find answers and relief in our work together most effectively when it feels like conversation. I look forward to meeting you and helping facilitate your healing and finding your way through. Message me today!

Message to clients

Hey There!

I understand this may be a difficult step to take and I am so proud you've made it this far. Therapy doesn't have to be scary (and, in fact, I hope it's quite the opposite...most of the time). Our time together is at the pace you set and without any expectation to go where you do not wish to go. Working via ZOOM you only need privacy and some time. Many clients work from their car and even their closet!

My nature is very laid back and welcoming with lots of dark humor. My own struggles in this life inform both my practice and my empathy allowing me to offer guidance from those experiences. I battle depression and Borderline myself and understand what's it's like to sometimes struggle to brush my teeth or get out of bed. I also have become functional and successful in a life I love in spite of those things. I hope to alchemize my painful experiences to help others suffering in the same way.

In addition to mental health struggles I've also overcome intense interpersonal situations and self-disgust to become a woman who deeply loves and appreciates her own mind, body, and soul. I hope to help build you up in a way that allows for expansion and alignment with your authenticity. From here you may begin to create a life you truly love.

Congratulations and I look forward to meeting you!
