Professional statement

LMFT supporting anxiety, trauma, and relationship challenges. Nadeshda Hernandez offers somatic, attachment-focused therapy for individuals, couples, creatives, and athletes seeking emotional regulation, nervous system balance, and deeper self-connection.

She works with millennials, Gen Z, Gen X, and adults navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, identity exploration, and trauma-related emotional patterns. Her clientele often includes high-performing creatives such as actors, singers, musicians, music producers, filmmakers, visual artists, and models, as well as competitive athletes. Many seek support with emotional regulation, confidence, focus, performance anxiety, blocks, and strengthening mind-body awareness to support presence and flow under pressure.

She has a particular interest in supporting high-performing creatives and athletes working in performance environments such as acting, music production, live performance, filmmaking, modeling, and competitive sports. Many clients seek support with emotional regulation, confidence, focus, performance anxiety, blocks, and strengthening mind-body awareness for presence and flow under pressure, where nervous system regulation and self-trust directly impact performance and creative expression. She specializes in helping clients develop greater capacity for emotional regulation, embodied awareness, and sustainable self-trust in high-pressure environments.

Her approach is holistic, trauma-informed, attachment-focused, and somatic. She integrates evidence-based practices with subconscious re-patterning modalities such as hypnotherapy, EFT tapping, and embodied practices to support lasting emotional and relational change at the root level.

To her, play is a pathway to subconscious re-patterning, gently shifting relational and emotional patterns through embodied engagement. This includes her femininity embodiment game, “Love the Yoni,” inviting exploration of connection, intuition, self-knowing, and embodied relational presence.

Her style is warm, collaborative, intuitive, and practical. Clients develop greater awareness of emotional and nervous system patterns so they can move through anxiety, relationships, and life challenges with more clarity, presence, and choice—while expanding creativity and authentic expression.

Sessions are offered online with limited in-person availability in Long Beach. Free consultations are available to explore fit.

Message to clients

I love supporting people in reconnecting with their authentic self—their beauty, their truth, and their capacity for love. I’m not here to fix you—I’m here to help you remember who you are and learn how to trust that. Even the parts of you that feel messy, intense, or unclear are welcome here, and often hold the doorway to meaningful change and deeper self-understanding.

This process may also draw on a deeper, longer-term subconscious re-patterning container, which integrates hypnotherapy, EFT tapping, and experiential practices such as embodied exploration and my femininity embodiment game—while also encompassing and building upon my standard psychotherapy, law of attraction coaching, and quantum physics-informed approaches.

I see our work as both grounding and expansive. Your emotions, patterns, and relationships are not problems—they’re information and guidance from within. Together, we work with your mind and body to shift patterns at the root, reconnect you with your inner knowing, and strengthen your capacity for clarity, presence, and self-trust in daily life and relationships.

My hope is that you leave our work not just feeling better, but more anchored in yourself—more able to hear your own voice, trust your inner signals, and move through life from that place. From there, things begin to soften, align, and unfold with more ease and truth.
