Hi! My name is Olivia, I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I have worked with various populations and have a diverse background including people with trauma, crisis, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, women’s issues and relationship problems. I make sure to implement a positive and holistic approach to therapy. I think it is important to find balance in your life, this can include strengthening the relationship with yourself and others. Depending on your needs, I implement approaches specifically tailored to you to help you achieve your goals and receive the best clinical care.
As my client, your well-being is what is the priority. As we start to work together, we will go at your speed to ensure you are comfortable through out the process. However, I am a therapist that likes to challenge her clients to help them reach their fullest potential.
