Patrick provides online/telehealth counseling services to individuals, couples, and groups. He works with clients on issues including depression, anxiety, grief, life-stage transitions, self-esteem, communication and interpersonal relationships and other mental health concerns. Patrick believes that the key to a successful therapeutic relationship is the establishment of a genuine and trusting rapport with his clients.

Patrick utilizes different therapeutic approaches including Solution Focus Therapy (SFT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Psychodynamic intervention styles.
