Message to clients

Feeling stuck, isolated, or overwhelmed?

You’ve already taken the first step by being here. I welcome the opportunity to support you in making meaningful changes to improve your quality of life. With a non-judgmental, compassionate approach, I’ll help you access your inner strengths and navigate life’s storms.

Counseling offers tools for empowerment—deepening self-understanding, healing past and present pain, and building effective communication. I provide a nurturing, confidential space where you can reflect, explore, and grow.

I also offer Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), a transformative modality that combines ketamine’s neuroplastic potential with trauma-informed approaches like ART, IFS, and EMDR-informed techniques. KAP can support emotional healing, somatic release, and visionary insight in a safe, attuned setting.

As part of a diverse team at New Path Counseling LLC, I understand that healing looks different for everyone. Finding the “right fit” matters, and I collaborate with my colleagues to help connect you with the support that best meets your needs.

Let’s work together to create a path toward greater self-awareness, resilience, and a more empowered you.
