Welcome mid-life couples and singles!
Are you facing loneliness or depression, a loss of passion, infidelity, trauma, anxiety, or major disagreements in your relationship or within yourself? Therapy helps. I work with adults and specialize in mid-life, couples counseling, and sex therapy–informed treatment. Whether you’re navigating mood disorders or anxiety, empty nesting, hormonal shifts, or fading passion, I help men and women rebuild confidence, purpose, and vitality, and support people of all identities in finding joy.
For many, mid-life brings unexpected questions—about your relationship, your body, sexual functioning, your purpose, or whether the life you’ve built still fits. It’s a time of transition, and also tremendous possibility. I look forward to meeting you. You are worth the investment.
