I strive to create a warm, supportive space where clients feel safe exploring challenges while also feeling gently encouraged to grow. My approach is collaborative and strengths-based, helping clients build resilience, embrace vulnerability, and develop practical tools for a more balanced and fulfilling life.
I work with children, teens, and adults experiencing anxiety, OCD, trauma, phobias, body-focused repetitive behaviors (such as skin picking or hair pulling), Tourette and Tic Disorders, life transitions, postpartum and parenting challenges, boundaries, and self-confidence concerns.
I’m trained in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) for OCD and Supportive Parenting for Childhood Anxious Emotions (SPACE). I also hold a Level II Certification in trauma treatment. My work integrates evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, and ACT with mindfulness, a trauma-informed lens, and a feminist perspective.
My background includes teaching as well as clinical work in residential, university, and community mental health settings. I’m passionate about expanding access to mental health care for BIPOC and other underserved communities and currently serve on the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Action Council of the International OCD Foundation.
