My work blends evidence-based trauma therapy with creativity, movement, and a deep respect for the mind-body connection. I believe healing doesn’t have to feel heavy or rigid to be effective—sometimes it includes curiosity, imagination, laughter, and moments of lightness alongside depth.
I frequently use IFS (Internal Family Systems) because we all have parts of ourselves that carry stories, roles, and wisdom. I also integrate EMDR, and find the combination of EMDR and IFS especially powerful for trauma work. Together, they allow us to process experiences while staying connected, resourced, and embodied.
Sessions may include gentle movement, somatic awareness, tapping, or energy-based practices when helpful. If traditional talk therapy hasn’t worked for you, my approach offers a different doorway—one that honors science and creativity. I bring structure and safety alongside playfulness and humanity, supporting clients in healing in ways that feel more natural, alive, and true to who they are.

Trauma - I focus on trauma work that honors the mind–body connection and the wisdom of each client’s lived experience. Together, we work toward healing, restoring safety, and cultivating self-compassion through thoughtful, trauma-informed care.
Anxiety - I work with anxiety and panic disorders by helping clients understand and gently regulate their nervous systems. Using evidence-based, trauma-informed approaches, we focus on building internal safety, reducing fear of symptoms, and developing tools that support lasting calm and confidence.
LGBTQIA, gender, & sexuality topics - Exploring topics of sexuality, gender, and identity; coping with discrimination and oppression; navigating relationship, family, and cultural challenges
Clinical supervision - I offer clinical supervision that balances structure with creativity, helping clinicians strengthen skills, expand theoretical integration, and trust their clinical intuition. Supervision is a space for growth, support, and meaningful professional development.
Women's Issues - I work with women who are navigating anxiety, trauma, life transitions, and issues of self-worth. Therapy is a supportive space to reconnect with your inner strength, process past experiences, and cultivate greater self-compassion and confidence.
Life purpose & meaning - Exploring one’s beliefs and values around life purpose, meaning, and spirituality; addressing the barriers to living a life that feels fulfilling, including instigating change or developing new habits
