Stephanie Dasher, a Certified Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy Practitioner, works with individuals and couples seeking meaningful, integrative healing that reconnects mind, body, and spirit. Her clients often come to therapy feeling anxious, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that haven't yet been resolved. They may be navigating trauma, relationship challenges, or major life transitions and are ready to approach healing through the nervous system, building awareness, regulation, and deeper connection within themselves and others.
Stephanie’s approach blends evidence-based modalities with somatic and mindfulness practices to create a grounded, experiential process of change. Drawing from somatic and sensorimotor-informed approaches and CBT, she helps clients develop tools to regulate emotions, process stored experiences, and foster resilience. Her sessions often include gentle awareness practices, breathwork, movement, and reflection to help clients access insight not just through thought, but through embodied experience.
Before joining Gnosis Wellness Collective, Stephanie served as Executive Director and is now a Board Member of Warrior Surf Foundation, where she helped develop trauma-informed mental health and resilience programming for veterans and families. She holds a Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Sacred Heart University and is a Certified Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy Practitioner. Her background bridges psychology, leadership, and integrative wellness, giving her a multidimensional perspective on healing and human potential.
Stephanie offers online counseling to clients located in South Carolina. Outdoor or in-person sessions may be available on a limited basis as arranged.
