She works with teens and adults who are navigating emotional overwhelm, identity exploration, and life stressors, as well as couples seeking support with communication challenges, relational conflict, and emotional disconnection. Her clinical work emphasizes creating meaningful change through insight, skill development, and emotional awareness.

Unique takes a collaborative and individualized approach to therapy, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs and goals. In her work with couples, she integrates the Gottman Method to support healthier communication, increased emotional intimacy, and strengthened relational foundations. Across all areas of her practice, Unique is committed to providing thoughtful, evidence based care within a supportive and professional therapeutic environment.

In her work with couples, Unique draws from Gottman Method Couples Therapy (Level 1 trained) and Relational Life Therapy to support partners in improving communication, rebuilding trust, and creating stronger emotional connections. She helps couples identify unhelpful interaction cycles, develop effective conflict-resolution skills, and foster deeper intimacy. Her approach balances structure with compassion, allowing couples to feel supported while engaging in meaningful change. In her work with individuals, she integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and mindfulness-based approaches, along with compassion‑focused techniques to support meaningful, sustainable change.

Unique is an AMFT with multiple years of clinical experience working with diverse individuals, couples, and adolescents. She brings a thoughtful, inclusive perspective to her work and is committed to ongoing professional growth and ethical, high-quality care. Unique offers therapy in California and provides telehealth sessions for clients who prefer or require remote care. Appointments are available for adults, couples, and teens, with scheduling options designed to accommodate a range of needs.

Message to clients

Now accepting new referrals, I work with teens, adults, and couples who are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally stuck, or strained by life stressors and relationship challenges. I support clients navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship stress, and major life transitions. My goal is to offer a warm, supportive, and affirming space where you can feel safe sharing openly, slow down, and begin building greater clarity and emotional balance.

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in evidence based practices. Together, we will explore your emotional experiences, identify patterns that may be contributing to distress, and develop practical coping skills that support healing and personal growth. I value deep empathy and authenticity and strive to create a therapeutic relationship where you feel heard, respected, and supported throughout your journey.

I believe healing happens through connection and meaningful collaboration. Therapy is tailored to your unique needs, goals, and lived experiences. My hope is to walk alongside you with honesty, care, and consistency as you move forward with increased self awareness, confidence, and resilience.
