Professional statement

Life has an uncanny ability to pull the rug out from underneath our feet. When this happens, it can feel like your world has been turned upside down. Fear, anxiety, despair, and or overwhelm can take hold and grow roots quickly. Since 2013 Weston has been supporting people in navigating life's challenges. Be it illness, loss, trauma, or other unexpected changes; his job is to accompany you through the storm and give you the tools and resources necessary to not only survive but thrive.

Weston's approach to each session is integrative and incorporates the mind, heart, body, and soul into the work. This is done through four therapeutic modalities: Narrative therapy, Internal Family Systems, Somatic therapy (body-based sensing), and spiritual inquiry. Through your time together you will:

*Develop a greater understanding and ability to navigate your emotional world, reducing stress and increasing well-being.

*Acquire a valuable reflective practice toolkit that builds resilience and supports a renewed sense of agency and control in life.

*Uncover deeper self-wisdom and understanding that will foster a deeper sense of meaning and purpose in life.

As Lao Tzu says, "the journey of a thousand miles begins with one step." If you're ready to start your journey towards a tomorrow that holds more purpose, meaning, beauty, joy, and well-being, then reach out to Weston for a free consultation, and together you'll explore an approach that's right for you.
