Professional statement

Are you looking to strengthen your boundaries in relationships or unsure what your personal boundaries even are? Do you struggle with people pleasing, self-doubt, or losing touch with your needs? Zoë Vnak, LMSW, is a psychodynamically and trauma-informed therapist trained in CBT, EFT, and IFS. She helps clients build confidence in their identities, improve communication and relationship skills, and explore patterns around abandonment, self-image, and people-pleasing. Zoë is queer-affirming, sex and kink-positive, sex work-allied, and welcoming of non-traditional relationship structures. She also works with creative, curious men exploring intimacy, identity, and bisexuality, guiding them in examining shame and cultivating more fulfilling ways of being. Integrating somatic and mindfulness based techniques, Zoë brings a pleasure-affirming lens to her practice that honors the wisdom of both the body and intuition.
