FAQS

What services does your practice offer?

Centerpoint Healing is an integrative group therapy practice in Denver, CO. We offer individual, couples, and family therapy for ages 5 through older adults, using evidence-based and body-centered approaches. We also offer a variety of groups including mindfulness and father support groups, as well as psychedelic-assisted therapy preparation and integration. Our work is grounded in the belief that healing happens in connection — with yourself, with others, and with the parts of you that have been waiting to be heard.

What are your practice's specialties?

The therapists at Centerpoint Healing specialize in trauma, complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, relationship patterns, and life transitions. We have particular expertise in working with adults navigating the long-term effects of childhood trauma and adverse experiences, as well as those exploring psychedelic-assisted therapy for healing and integration. Our clinicians are trained in a range of modalities — including EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, CBT, DBT, and trauma informed yoga — and bring a whole-person, curiosity-driven approach to every area we work in.

Why should I choose your practice?

At Centerpoint, we believe mental health care should feel less like a clinical transaction and more like finding your people. We're building something communal, a place where clients can do individual therapy, explore psychedelic-assisted therapy, join a group, and move between modalities as their needs evolve, all within a practice that knows them. We take the time to match each person with the right therapist, and we want everyone who walks through our door to feel like they belong here, not just as a client, but as part of a community that takes healing seriously.
