With over 14 years of experience in behavioral health, social services, and special education, she supports individuals across the lifespan navigating trauma, grief and loss, addiction, mental health concerns, relationship and parenting stress, as well as systemic challenges such as poverty, food insecurity, and housing instability.

Tammi’s approach is person-centered, culturally responsive, and trauma-informed, grounded in the belief that mind, body, and spirit are interconnected in healing. She integrates psychodynamic principles, CBT, DBT skills, family and ecological systems approaches, and solution-focused therapy to provide collaborative, practical, and strengths-based care. She is committed to creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel supported in building resilience, self-efficacy, and meaningful change.

Tamara Ling is a Mental Health Counselor at Resilient Care Therapy LLC. She earned her dual master’s degree in Professional Counseling from the University of Pennsylvania. Her practice is culturally responsive and focused on identity, systemic stress, and discrimination-related experiences. She works with concerns including anxiety, depression, relationship and family issues, ADHD/ADD, trauma, self-harm, and adjustment difficulties, supporting clients in building emotional awareness, improving communication, and feeling more grounded, connected, and empowered.
