Professional statement

As an Associate Marriage Family Therapist and Associate Professional Clinical Counselor, I help individuals, couples, and families discover clarity, healing, and growth. Whatever you are going through, know that you are exactly where you are meant to be right now. I am here to help along your journey. I can help to equip you with various coping skills and tools to build the confidence and courage to dive deeper to address the deeply rooted causes of those things that you feel are holding you away from achieving your highest potential. My goal is to help you find your authenticity and reconnect to your highest self - to live the life you've always wanted by understanding where you came from, where you are, and where you aspire to be!

My approach focuses on empathy, active listening, and collaboration, and I prefer to see you as a whole person, meaning I see the person as separate from the problem. I work collaboratively with my clients blending various approaches to fit the needs of my clients from evidence based therapies such as CBT, DBT Skills, and ACT; Emotionally Focused Therapy, individual and couples therapy; Solution Focused Narrative Therapy; mindfulness approaches such as yoga and meditation; to various types of somatic therapies such as: Somatic Experiencing (SE), Trauma and Tension Telease (TRE), and Tapping as well as EMDR.

Message to clients

While I work with a diverse group of individuals, couples, and families from all walks of life, I have had extensive experience working in the entertainment industry in various capacities and specialize with Entertainment Industry Professionals from actors, singers, producers, directors, casting, production, and talent representatives. I also specialize in Men’s Issues, Couples, and working with the Gay, Lesbian, and Bisexual communities.

I have worked with people of all walks of life, mentored youth and young adults, helped to guide the careers of entertainment industry professionals, and coached business executives. Outside of my work as a therapist, I love traveling, surfing, running, practicing yoga and martial arts, vocal coaching performers, and spending time with my two dogs and family!
