Professional statement

I help thoughtful, high-achieving individuals and couples slow down and reconnect with themselves, their emotions, and the people they care about. Whether you’re feeling emotionally distant, navigating transitions, or facing recurring conflict in your relationship, I provide a virtual space where you can reflect, regroup, and move forward with intention.

Many of my clients are used to showing up for others, but feel unsure how to fully show up for themselves. Some are working through past experiences that still echo in the present. Others are asking, “What do I really want?” in their work, in their relationships, or in life as a whole. I also support couples who have grown over time and want to strengthen their bond, clarify their direction, or prepare for marriage with greater honesty and alignment.

I integrate CBT, Emotionally Focused Therapy, the Gottman Method, and Solution-Focused Therapy ; always tailored to your needs and personality. My style is warm, steady, and nonjudgmental. I meet you where you are, and help you move at a pace that feels right.

If you're craving a space that honors your story and supports your growth, I'm here to help you feel more grounded, connected, and empowered.
