Whether you’re feeling emotionally distant, navigating transitions, or facing recurring conflict in your relationship, I provide a virtual space where you can reflect, regroup, and move forward with intention.
Many of my clients are used to showing up for others, but feel unsure how to fully show up for themselves. Some are working through past experiences that still echo in the present. Others are asking, “What do I really want?” in their work, in their relationships, or in life as a whole. I also support couples who have grown over time and want to strengthen their bond, clarify their direction, or prepare for marriage with greater honesty and alignment.
