I work with adults who are struggling with emotional regulation, anxiety, depression, and the lingering effects of trauma. Many of my clients feel overwhelmed by intense emotions, stuck in unhelpful patterns, or exhausted from trying to manage life while carrying unresolved pain. I especially support individuals who want practical tools they can use in real-life situations, not just insight, and who are seeking meaningful, lasting change rather than short-term relief.
My therapeutic approach is holistic, collaborative, and evidence-based. I integrate modalities such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients build concrete skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness. Therapy with me is active and goal-oriented, while still creating space for reflection, healing, and self-compassion. When appropriate and desired by the client, I also incorporate faith-affirming and values-based perspectives to support healing of the whole person—mind, body, and spirit.
Professionally, I bring experience working with adults navigating complex life stressors, trauma histories, and systemic challenges. My background includes supporting clients involved in multiple systems of care and helping individuals develop resilience, insight, and effective coping strategies. I prioritize ethical practice, cultural humility, and a strong therapeutic alliance, recognizing that safety and trust are foundational to meaningful therapeutic work.
I am based in Indiana and offer services to adults throughout the state via secure telehealth, with in-person sessions available depending on location and availability. I work with self-pay clients and strive to make therapy accessible, transparent, and supportive from the first consultation forward. If you are looking for a therapist who is practical, compassionate, and committed to helping you build a more balanced and abundant life, I would be honored to work with you.
