Message to clients

There is only the present time. We reminisce about the past in the present and worry about the future in the present. Positive Psychology helps one to develop resilience, optimism, happiness, motivation, hope and positive thinking. Self-esteem and well-being are fostered through mindfulness and truly trying to be in the present moment. It is evident that I have a deep interest in families as well as adult relationships. I also believe strongly in the concept of behavioral medicine; how the mind and the body are interconnected. I have a robust passion for neuroscience and how the brain develops across the lifespan. The Kalm approach focuses on health from the mind to the body- as each part is interdependent on the other.
