Dr. Mitchell Roth is a licensed psychotherapist in Florida, Georgia, and South Carolina. He loves the working virtually with his patients that include young to old adults, couples, and families. His approach is eclectic utilizing numerous therapeutic approaches. As a co-founder of the Men's Center of Los Angeles he has worked with hundreds of men either facing crises or simply wanting to grow and become happier and more effective in their worlds. Dr. Roth understands that human beings are relationship based organisms and that both the greatest challenges and the greatest satisfactions come with relationships. His therapeutic approach is to begin where the patient is. Everyone needs to and deserves to be seen and heard, as deeply and authentically as possible. At the same time everyone is an autonomous human being entitled to determine his or her own goals for therapy and for life. Most patients actively remain patients for a matter of months, not years. But, once a patient, Dr. Roth stresses that the door remains open at any time for further work. He utilizes a HIPAA compliant virtual link that can accommodate any number of people at the same time. Since Covid he has been working exclusively remotely and finds that there has been no loss of therapeutic benefit to his patients.
