Professional statement

Nicole works with women who often find themselves carrying an extraordinary amount of emotional, mental, and relational responsibility. Many of her clients are navigating demanding careers, raising children, supporting partners, and managing complex family or interpersonal dynamics; all while quietly feeling exhausted, depleted, or disconnected from their own needs. Over time, this pattern can lead to fatigue, low mood, and tension in relationships, leaving clients with a sense of being stuck or unsure of how to move forward.

In her therapeutic work, Nicole believes that each client is the expert of their own story, and she collaborates with them to uncover patterns, gain insight, and develop solutions that feel authentic. She approaches therapy as a partnership where emotional awareness, practical tools, and personal reflection come together to create meaningful change. Nicole helps clients slow down, examine the habits that shape their daily lives, and develop skills that foster self-trust, emotional resilience, and healthier boundaries.

Nicole draws from evidence-based modalities, integrating cognitive, relational, and experiential approaches to address the whole person. She prioritizes building a therapeutic relationship grounded in trust, authenticity, and a shared understanding of the client’s goals. Her work emphasizes sustainable growth, helping clients cultivate habits, perspectives, and internal resources that support long-term well-being.

Nicole offers virtual sessions for clients in New York. She provides a welcoming space for women who want to reclaim energy, strengthen their relationships, and reconnect with themselves in meaningful and lasting ways.

Message to clients

Hi, I’m Nicole. I’m a Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in working with high-achieving women who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or drained from always being the person everyone relies on. As the eldest daughter and the first in my family to graduate college, I understand firsthand the pressure of high expectations and the ways chronic people-pleasing can shape your life. I know what it feels like to be doing everything “right” yet still feel “wrong”, and I bring that perspective to my work with clients.

My work blends insight, practical tools, and emotional support. We explore how chronic over-responsibility, unclear boundaries, and years of taking on too much have impacted your mental and physical well-being. From there, we build skills that help you reconnect with your needs, strengthen your relationships, and trust yourself more deeply.

Therapy with me is a space where you don’t have to be “on.” We focus on progress, not perfection, gently uncovering what’s holding you back and rebuilding healthier ways of thinking, feeling, and showing up in your life. I believe the therapeutic relationship is one of the most powerful tools for healing, and I strive to build a relationship where you feel both deeply heard and gently challenged. If you’re ready to stop pouring from an empty cup and finally choose yourself again, I’m here to support you every step of the way.
