Professional statement

Dr. Rebecca Howard Eudy specializes in helping couples feel closer and more connected in their relationships. She works with those navigating communication challenges, feelings of disconnection, sexual concerns—including infidelity and differences in desire—and recurring conflicts. Her approach is rooted in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), an evidence-based model that helps couples move out of cycles of disconnection and build stronger emotional bonds. She also draws from the Gottman Method and Relational Life Therapy (RLT), blending structure with compassion to support real change.

Rebecca creates a safe space where couples feel supported and encouraged to grow together. She offers both in-person and remote sessions, with flexible options for weekly or biweekly meetings, as well as couples intensives for those seeking faster progress. She welcomes clients of all backgrounds into an inclusive, affirming environment designed to help relationships thrive.

Message to clients

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel daunting, and it often takes time to find the right fit. Having a therapist who listens without judgment and helps you both make sense of your experiences can bring relief and meaningful change. My approach blends warmth and authenticity with direct, honest feedback. I’m active in sessions and encourage clients to explore assumptions and patterns that may be holding them back—especially in the context of their partner’s perspective!

I offer flexible options, including weekly or biweekly sessions (50 or 80 minutes) and couples intensives. Weekly sessions work well for couples addressing ongoing challenges and making lasting change, while intensives are ideal for those who want accelerated progress by jumpstarting weekly sessions, are navigating a crisis, or have limited time.
