Practice Information

At CMC Therapy, this is your space to let go of the pressure, take a breath, and just be real. Whether you’re holding it all together on the outside or quietly unraveling on the inside, you don’t have to do it alone here. Our therapists show up with openness, compassion, and zero judgment—because healing doesn’t happen through perfection or having the “right” words. It happens through connection, safety, and being met exactly where you are.

Every story is different, and so is every struggle. At CMC Therapy, we honor the complexity of what you’re facing—whether it’s something you’ve carried for years or something you’re just beginning to name. We believe therapy is a collaborative process, one where you’re supported as you explore, understand, and move forward at your own pace. There’s no rushing, no fixing—just space to feel, reflect, and grow.

Why should I choose your practice?

At CMC Therapy, we offer a warm, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are—no pressure to have everything figured out. Our practice is rooted in connection, collaboration, and thoughtful care, not quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. We take the time to understand you as a whole person, honoring your experiences, relationships, and goals while using evidence-based approaches to support meaningful, sustainable growth. Our therapists are intentionally selected for both their clinical skill and their ability to create safety, trust, and ease, so you feel supported as you gain insight, build resilience, and move forward at a pace that feels right for you.

How does payment work at your practice?

At CMC Therapy, we offer flexible payment options to make care more accessible. We accept many insurance plans, offer self-pay options, and can also support clients who wish to use out-of-network benefits. For insurance clients, we verify benefits ahead of time so you have a clear understanding of copays or coinsurance. For self-pay and out-of-network services, fees are discussed upfront and documentation can be provided if you plan to seek reimbursement from your insurance company. Our goal is to keep the process as straightforward and transparent as possible, so you can focus on your care—not the paperwork.
