I’m part of a collaborative group practice at The Hope Wellness Center, which allows clients access to a range of skilled therapists in addition to myself. While I specialize in EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and other modalities, my availability for EMDR sessions may vary depending on my schedule. I also serve as the clinical supervisor of our group practice, overseeing and guiding treatment provided by our team of therapists, so that clients can feel confident knowing that I supervise and support every therapist in the practice, ensuring consistent, high-quality, evidence-based care. My ideal client is someone who feels stuck—whether due to past trauma, overwhelming anxiety, depression, negative thought patterns, or a sense that something just isn’t right. They may struggle with self-esteem, emotional regulation, or relationships, and they’re ready to explore what’s holding them back. They want to feel more grounded, confident, and in control of their lives. What they need is a space where they feel safe, understood, and empowered to move forward. Through EMDR, CBT, and person-centered therapy, we work together to uncover the root of your pain, shift unhelpful beliefs, and create lasting emotional change. I utilize a number of therapies in my practice including behavioral therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Somatic Therapies, and EMDR. My ideal client is ready to do the inner work, even if it feels scary—because they know healing is possible.
